Over the course of 9 neurofeedback sessions, the client demonstrated improvements in focus, cognitive regulation and stress resilience. The qEEG data shows a notable increase in focus scores, with key improvements in: Theta Focus Score, reflecting better attentional control, Theta/Beta Ratio Focus Score, indicating a more balanced state of alertness and relaxation, and Alpha 1 & Alpha 2 Ratio Focus Score, showing improved cognitive flexibility and emotional regulation.
To achieve these results, we trained the brain under different conditions, using a combination of ‘boring’ and stressful neurofeedback interventions:
• Boring Interventions (e.g., watching a video of a fire place, flying an airplane) were designed to train the brain to remain engaged in monotonous tasks, reinforcing sustained attention in low stimulation environments.
• Stressful Interventions (e.g., alien invasion task) challenged the brain to stay calm and focused under pressure, improving resilience to high-stress situations.
Through this targeted neurofeedback training, the client’s brain has become more adaptive, learning to maintain focus in both relaxed and high-pressure scenarios. These improvements mark a significant step towards achieving long-term cognitive balance, emotional regulation and peak mental performance.
